Potted with the sides in ogee profile with an everted rim, decorated in underglaze blue and overglaze wucai enamels with a scene of two lovers walking next to each other through a garden beside an old pine tree, one holding up a parasol to protect them from the midday sun, the outer border composed of alternating brocade and diaper designs between shippo symbols. Characterful open firing crack to the rim covered in green enamel before the second enamel-firing.
